Please recreate the form at your end, without touching the original form, as I see some people (might be developers) entering data using our form, which will not be accepted by our Team members
@uaebsagt : sorry for the inconvenience developer from my team may have tried to test the form and i have tried to refrain from using live link . We would try to some how copy your form and test.
